Obstacle distances of 25, 50, and 200 mm can be measured with spring rate up to 150 N. Sensor, directly compatible with proprietary PMAC or PTI instruments, also features Auto-ID recognition system.

Sensor Developments Announces a Recent Addition to Hand Held Pinch Force Sensor Line
In addition to supporting the FMVSS-118 laboratory test procedures, we now support the requirements of the European Directive 2000/4/EC with our line of 10N/mm spring rates sensors. Obstacle distances of 25mm, 50mm, and 200mm can now be measured with this lower spring rate up to 150Newtons. The sensor is directly compatible with our PMAC or PTI instruments and features our Auto-ID recognition system.
