Montalvo Announces Small, Low-Profile U-25 Load Cell
Gorham, Maine- The Montalvo Corporation, international specialists in industrial web control systems, announces the latest addition to its U-Series load cells: the U-25 series pillow block load cell.
It is designed for smaller scale applications, has a 675 lb. overload capacity , and is available in four different load ranges (from 0.4 to 225 lbs).
Montalvo specialists can assist with system application evaluation as well as installation and setup of this equipment on customers' machines.
President Ed Montalvo says, "This is a small, very sensitive load cell that has been designed for harsh environments. It is well suited to specialty converting processes, printing, tissue manufacture, and for use with nonwovens."
The U-Series load cell is stainless steel construction and is water resistant, giving it an IP-66 standard rating and an optional IP-67 rating.
