PERMINATOR® Now Has Lower Perm Rating

W. R. MEADOWS PERMINATOR 15 mil underslab vapor barrier/retarder now has a lower perm rating of 0.0063, which is 16 times better than that which is required of ASTM E1745 (0.1 perms).
Proprietary resin technology allows PERMINATOR to also exceed the recommendation of ACI 302.2R (for a vapor barrier to be installed with a perm rating of less than 0.01 in specific instances). PERMINATOR surpasses these requirements by 37 percent, while maintaining its toughness, an equally important characteristic.
The puncture resistance of PERMINATOR is 45 percent better than required by ASTM E1745 and will in turn protect the low perm rating by resisting punctures on the jobsite.
