Introducing New OS300 Totally Enclosed Permanent Magnet DC Gearmotors
LEESON has introduced New OS 300 Totally Enclosed Permanent Magnet DC Gearmotors, performance matched for continuous duty service over a 60:1 speed range. All have constant torque throughout the range when powered by a full-wave unfiltered SCR-type adjustable speed control having a typical form factor of 1.3 to 1.4. The motors are designed for battery power however, they can be used with a low voltage controller with a form factor up to 1.05.
LEESON's SCR Gearmotors have the following standard features:
o Precision matched steel gears, with a first stage steel helical gear followed by spur-type gears.
o Permanent semi-fluid grease for lubrication, reducing the possibility of leakage.
o Needle bearings on output shafts for high load capacities.
o Hardened steel shafts
