Permabond ET505 High Strength Epoxy Eases Production Process
SOMERSET, NJ - Permabond® Engineering Adhesives ET505 is a two-component structural epoxy adhesive that is part of the ET500 line. ET505 has exceptional adhesion, durability and toughness and is ideal for demanding applications on a wide variety of substrates. ET505 is a 1:1 mix ratio, available in a dual cartridge for dispensing directly onto the components. The long, one hour pot life, extends the available use time of the static dispense mixers, reducing waste and increasing quality and performance of the finished goods. After application the cure speed can be increased with heat. Key features of ET505 include, high shear strength, 3000 psi on steel, low shrinkage, excellent depth of cure, excellent environmental resistance, and low VOC emissions..
