o PCN's Enterprise Ethernet Router enables advanced Ethernet transport on existing serial communication networks. It is used in situations where you want to use multiple switches in your network architecture. This router can integrate up to 16 switches. It is capable of Ethernet data rates of up to 20Mbps between Server and Client on each of four independent channels. In a multiplex mode, it supports serial data rates of 9,600-19,200 Baud.
o PCN's LAN Single-Channel Ethernet Router is ideal for any network infrastructure needing rapid Ethernet/IP integration. The standard router supports 4 PCN Switches on average, with additional connectivity capabilities possible. It handles Ethernet data rates of up to 20 Mbps between Server and Client. In a multiplex mode, serial data rates of 9,600-19,200 Baud are supported.
o PCN's Ethernet Switch is an industrial-grade Client that uses analog (current loop, co-ax, etc.) and twisted-pair wiring (RS485, RS422, RS232, Modbus, POTS, etc.). It has 3 Ethernet ports with data rates of up to 4 Mbps. It supports standard serial data rates of up to 115 Kbps. In a multiplex mode, serial data rates of 9,600-19,200 Baud are possible.
PCN products are FCC approved and compatible with standard networking devices that rely on digital or serial wiring. Wireless devices and wire-line communication devices can also be configured in networks that use PCN products-with no new lines required. PCN's routers and switches are currently in use in dozens of real-world environments and in industrial settings as varied as building automation, water & wastewater treatment and retail/point of sale.
