AAEON Releases the PCI Half-Size SBC with Intel® Atom(TM) N270 Processor - HSB-945P
Taipei Taiwan - AAEON, a premier Industrial PC manufacturer, releases a new Half-size CPU Module - HSB-945P. This product is a PCI Single Board Computer (SBC) in a Half-Size form factor, embedded with the Intel® Atom(TM) N270, which features multimedia performance with low power consumption.
The HSB-945P utilizes the Intel® 945GSE and ICH7M chipset in order to support the Intel® Atom 1.6 GHz processor. The SBC has one SODIMM socket for one 200-pin DDR II SODIMM for system memory, up to 1 GB. Network communications is achieved with the option of having Ethernet devices 10/100Base-T Intel® 82562GZ and 10/100/1000Base-T Intel® 82573L or dual 10/100/1000Base-T devices Intel® 82573L and Intel® 82574L. The HSB-945P uses the Intel® 945GSE and Chrontel 7307 to support simultaneous CRT & LCD displays and the integrated Intel® GMA950 Graphics Engine to be utilized for enhanced graphics and 3D rendering. Moreover, the HSB-945P has one DB15 VGA and one DVI interface through a box header. An optional AC97 codec daughter board can be installed onto the HSB-945P in order to allow the SBC to support audio for multimedia applications.
