PROMATION Introduces 48" LED PCB Handling Solutions
Kenosha, WI — A leader in the field of PCB Handling Equipment, Robotic Soldering Systems, Automated Label Placement, and other complimentary Custom Automation, PROMATION Inc. announces two new PCB handling solutions specifically designed for long LED PCB production.
The ESV-200 XXL and ESU-400 XXL have been designed specifically for the high-volume production of long (1220 mm) LED PCBs.
The ESV XXL version has been redesigned as a rear load, bare PCB line loader that is capable of handling LED boards up to 1220 mm in length and 370 mm in width. The vacuum lift mechanism has been specifically designed to be positioned for long, narrow PCB production, while the generous elevator platform can hold up to 150 panels.
The ESU XXL model is a Magazine Line Unloader that accepts completed panels and safely secures them into custom magazines. Like the ESV this system is capable of handling LED boards up to 1220 mm in length and 370 mm in width also using custom 50 slot ESD magazines. The ESU is equipped with an integrated in feed conveyor with pusher mechanism, precision indexing elevator with pitch selection, automatic magazine changeover (2 up/2 down configuration) and Touch Panel for user interface.
Both systems include safety covers, PLC, SMEMA, roller wheels and leveling feet. XXL ESD magazines (1220 mm L x 370 mm W) and interconnecting conveyors also are available.
