PCB Automotive Division Gears up for the 2014 Automotive Testing Expo North America

Sensors and instrumentation supplier will showcase new technologies and technical expertise at this year's show

Depew, N.Y. -- Visit PCB at the Automotive Testing Expo at booth #11022 on Oct. 28-31 in Novi, Mich. to learn about products and technical expertise the company offers to help meet today's challenging automotive test demands.

The supplier of automotive test sensors and equipment will showcase high-performance, low-cost microphones, a new line of customizable telemetry systems, and a versatile line of cost-effective load cells - all of which come with PCB's signature 24-hour technical support and Total Customer Satisfaction guarantee.

Live demos will include a side-by-side comparison of PCB microphones and other microphones on the market, a demo of the company's new online purchasing capabilities, and the new product finder on the PCB website.

At the Technology Open Forum, PCB acoustics expert Chad Walber, PhD, will provide an overview of technologies and techniques for identifying sound sources in a vehicle's interior, including insight on acoustic array methods for improved sound pressure mapping, determination of noise leak paths using ultrasonics, and driver noise exposure.

Also at the forum, Mark Klein, product manager at PCB Group Company Accumetrics, will provide a technical overview of "transducerizing" and telemetry methods, and share examples of custom solutions.

"At this year's show, we want to illustrate how we add depth to our product offerings by offering technical expertise and exceptional service," says Jeff Case, Vice President of Michigan Operations. "Our new capabilities such as the product finder and online purchasing are some of the ways we are making it easier for our customers to do business with us."
