MICROSPACE MSMJ104+ - PC/104 Plus Extension Card with Two PC Card Slots.
With the MICROSPACE® PC/104 Plus extension card MSMJ104+, the Luterbach/Switzerland-based DIGITAL-LOGIC presents a PC Card adapter with two 16bit slots. The PCMICA 2.1 compliant card is based on a PCI1520GHK controller from Texas Instruments. It can take two type I/II or one type III card and supports SCSI, WLAN, GSM, and ISDN PC cards. Further technical features are the 32bit data transfer to the cardbus, hot insertion capability, and on-board generation of the 12V/50mA programming voltage. The card is connected to the 32bit PCI bus and requires only one PCI resource. It is available with a wide range of driver software for Windows® CE and Linux including the drivers for the TI1520 controller.
The MSMJ104+ has dimensions of 90mm x 96mm x 17mm (L x W x H) and a weight of 120 grams. It requires a 3.3V or 5V power supply and operates within the standard temperature range of -25°C to +70°C at a humidity of 5% to 90%. The board is also available for the extended temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. An MTBF (mean time between failure) value of over 100,000 hours confirms the high level of reliability and longevity of the extension card.
