Patent Approved for the JFC-412 Series of Portable Floor Cure Equipment
Jelight Company, Inc. of Irvine, CA has acquired a United States Patent for their JFC-412 series of Portable Ultraviolet Floor Curing Equipment. For use with UV curable coatings, the UV floor curing machine is great on surfaces such as hardwood, concrete, VCT, LVT, marble, terrazzo, and others. UV curable coatings allow for an immediate cure and return to service and are incredibly durable—ideal for residential, commercial, and industrial applications.
The JFC-412 series exhibits many signature features including a shutter mechanism, a telescoping handlebar, and omnidirectional rear wheels. The equipment's shutter mechanism allows the operator to keep the lamp running when not in immediate use, helping to lengthen lamp life while still protecting the floor from burning. Additionally, an adjustable angle telescoping handlebar provides for compact storage and an easy way to carry the 40lb unit. The most distinctive feature is the tilt and drive sideways omnidirectional rear wheels. Created in an effort to minimize the need for an additional handheld cure unit, the wheels allow the operator to tilt the unit up and move it side to side while continuing to cure right up against a wall or inclines.Â
