Now, 50% more power to clean dirt and deposits without the use of abrasive media. 600 PSI of pressure, combined with heated, aqueous detergent makes easy work of cleaning parts and eliminates the risk of damage to precision machined parts.
The new, larger capacity, stainless steel work chamber, measuring 36" wide x 38" deep x 28" high, handles bigger, bulkier parts, up to a 500 lb. load. A generous, 20 gallon, roll-out, stainless steel cleaning solution reservoir on casters provides easy access for servicing the cleaning solution.
A powerful 1 HP pump generates the 600 PSI through a hand-held, adjustable spray nozzle and strips deposits from intricate passages, including blind holes, with unprecedented speed and pin-point accuracy. The work chamber interior is illuminated by two fluorescent lights for a clear view of work. The front door is double hinged for easy loading/unloading of parts and allows full access to the enlarged cabinet.
Unlike conventional spray cabinet washers that have pre-set spray patterns, the hand-held nozzle in the Tempest(TM) 20 allows you to direct the high-pressure spray where it is needed. Removes the toughest soils and deposits in seconds with a process so fast and effective it's been patented.
