Parts Washer Chemical Calculator Developed

MART Tech Services has released a new tool to calculate the appropriate amount of chemical to use in any parts washer. "The free on-line chemical calculator is simple to use" says Patrick Lahey of MART Tech. The concentration calculator works for new batches of water and detergent to determine the amount of powdered chemical or liquid detergent to add to a parts washer bath to obtain a desired chemical concentration. The chemical concentration calculator also determines the additional detergent required to make-up or sweeten a bath from an existing concentration level to a desired concentration level. This calculation is required each time a titration measurement is performed to determine the existing detergent concentration. Patrick says that the calculator has been tested with a number of Parts Washer users and has received excellent reviews and comments. The concentration calculator allows anyone to determine the amount of detergent that must be added to a parts washer to reach a target detergent concentration.
