Parker Introduces Prestolok Plus Push-to-Connect Fittings

CHICAGO, OCT. 29 2006 A new line of Prestolok Plus Push-to Connect Fittings from Parker Hannifin's Brass Products Division feature a nickel-plated, forged brass body in tees and elbows; a smaller envelope size for reduced weight and compact installations; and an improved tube retention design.

Additionally, Prestlok Plus swivels have been redesigned to be more compact, with reduced drop lengths and reduced swivel torque. Please note that Prestolok Plus fittings must never be used for live swivel applications.

The new Parker Prestolok Plus fittings are available in a variety of configurations, and will work with all thermoplastic tubing, including urethane, at a working pressure from vacuum to 300 PSI and within a temperature range from 0 to +200F. All male pipe threads come standard with a pre-applied white acrylic sealant. Optional o-ring materials are also available. All fittings have standard green release buttons.
