Now you can view your critical lab or industry process in real time, even simultaneously viewing several values from a remote location. The PR-30 offers up to 48 channels measuring voltage, current, thermocouples or RTDs--useful for gathering data during lab experiments or for viewing factory/plant processes. CAS DataLoggers is now supplying these reliable solutions for users in every industry and application—give us a call at (800) 956-4437 or visit our website at www.DataLoggerInc.com.

Real-Time Display with a High Channel Count:

The Brainchild PR-30 allows users to get an accurate view of data on its integrated 12.1” touchscreen display. Flexible screen configuration and multiple display formats allow for a nuanced view of data. As current values are shown onscreen in real-time, measurements are also saved to internal Flash memory storage.

The PR-30 provides an easy way to track manufacturing processes and lab experiments at a glance. These paperless chart recorders feature 48 inputs for measuring temperature via connection with thermocouples or RTDs, and the units can also measure voltage and current.

Choice of Communications and I/Os:

Unlike traditional paper chart recorders, Brainchild recorders have remote monitoring capability to save you from making repeated trips to extract your data. You have the option to store historical data on a remote host PC for data evaluation and printout, on Flash ROM, or on Compact Flash Card. You can access onsite data either onscreen, from a remote location via RS-232/RS-485/RS-422 serial interfaces, or via Ethernet networking.

Brainchild dataloggers support a fast scan rate within 100msec for all analog channels at high accuracy and also boast several mathematical and programmable capabilities including statistics. 6 user-configurable plug and play I/O card slots allow you to customize the Brainchild to your exact application. Brainchild recorders feature a wide selection of digital I/O cards including Analog I/Os, Digital Inputs and Relay Outputs.

Free Setup & Statistical Software:

Brainchild paperless recorders include configuration and trending software featuring a time-saving historical viewer. Configuration can be performed on a PC and later sent to the Brainchild which displays historical trends, alarms, and events. Data can be printed out or exported to a CSV file. Panel Studio software is also available for editing a custom display. In addition to the standard firmware, the optional Plus version offers more features such as mathematical functions, external channels, custom display, batch, and FDA21 CFR part 11 support.
