SEOUL, Oct. 31st, 2006: Pantech&Curitel, the leading Korean handset manufacturer, today announced that the A1406PT, the second model that the company has released in Japan, has become the number two best-selling model of partner KDDI within two months of its launch.

Released in Japan in September, the A1406PT's practical design incorporating a range of security and convenience features including three 'one touch' keys and a security alarm attracted middle aged and elderly users.
