Taipei, Taiwan – APLEX Technology Inc., a global industrial computer product solution provider, today announces a brand new Panel PCs targeting at navigation on the sea. The APC-3X20 series offers 12.1", 19" and 24" LCD sizes equipped with wide viewing angle screens to fit different vessel requirements. APLEX's Marine PC is compliant with DNV Standard, IEC 60945 certified and provides marine features such as sunlight/moonlight readable, anti-corrosion coating, isolated voltage, and dimming technology, which makes it perfectly meet the requirements of marine application.

The APC-3X20 series features Intel 4th generation core i solutions with up to 4GB of system memory to deliver excellent performance for marine grade users. A journey on sea may encounter various unexpected circumstances. To cover all kind of marine applications, APC-3X20 series provides a variety of advantages. For instance, it provides the captain or master with high resolution up to 1920x1080 and sunlight/moonlight readable features to display crystal image for navigating marine map or any marine emergencies. The dimming technology, namely brightness control, will enable 0%~ 100% adjustment via a user-friendly VR knob based on different levels of light source and AR (Anti-reflective coating) with resistive touch contributes to a more intuitive user interface. Moreover, APC-3X20 series features isolated 9~36V DC wide-range power input to protect incidental surge and burst on the sea.
Industrial Marine Standards: IEC 60945 & DNV Certified
APLEX APC-3X20 series is specially designed for marine applications adhere to IEC 60945 and DNV standards. From bridge, control/engine room, radar communication, to cabin or outdoor environment, APC-3X20 series is able to optimize marine-grade requirements for both military and commercial marines. In addition, with easily accessible storage design, APC-3X20 series offers 1 x 2.5" SATA HDD bay, 1 x internal SD slot and 1 x CF internal slot for option. In the front side, APC-3X20 features sufficient communication including WiFi/BT/GPS and 3G.
