AAEON Welcomes New Member to Its Infotainment Panel Portfolio: ACP-1104
Taipei, Taiwan — AAEON®, a major developer of industrial computing solutions, announces its latest member of the ACP panel series family, the ACP-1104.
This new panel PC features the ever-popular 10.1” projected capacitive multi-touch screen with 7H scratchproof glass for added protection. Its ultra-slim profile is much sought after for ease of mounting onto walls or other vertical surfaces.
Powered by Intel®’s new general purpose quad core J1900 CPU, the panel not only gains significant enhancement to overall performance, the new chip also broadens the range of compatible Windows® OS to include the latest Windows operating systems which greatly extends the life of the device. In addition, Android and Linux (Kernel 2.6.3 or above) are supported.
Other functions include two LAN ports for system redundancy and Digital I/O ports for expanding use of peripheral devices so applications can be made more versatile from factory automation and monitoring, to machine vision and the burgeoning IoT solutions.
