New industrial panel-mount PCs from CyberResearch, Inc.,
offer ultra-high bright 15.1-inch TFT LCD displays. A NEMA
4/12 heavy-duty aluminum bezel and steel internal chassis
stand up to tough shop or laboratory conditions.
SuperTrim(TM) STR 15 industrial-grade PCs defy plant and laboratory conditions that ruin ordinary computers. The sealed front panel resists dirt, oil, and water. The 15.1-inch 250-nit ultra-high bright LCD display is easy to read, with 1024 x 768
pixels. Even when it's soiled with dirt and grease, an optional analog-resistive touchscreen accepts commands from bare fingers, gloves, or a stylus.
Network-ready CyberResearch® STR 15 PCs provide two USB ports, four COM: ports, a 10/l00Base-T Ethernet port, and an RJ-11 digital I/O port (2 In and 2 Out). These PCs also offer two 9.4-inch expansion slots: one PCI or ISA slot and one
PCI slot. The STR 15 PCs are powered by speedy Pentium III 800-MHz CPUs or by cost-effective Celeron® 533-MHz processors.
Standard features also include 128 MB of RAM (upgradeable to 256 MB), 4 MB of video RAM, a 20GB hard drive, slim 24X CD ROM drive, and a slim floppy drive.
