Raymond Introduces Enhancements to Its Walkie and Rider Pallet Truck Products
GREENE, NY-The Raymond Corporation introduces enhancements to its 6,000 and 8,000 pound Walkie and Rider Pallet Truck product line. These enhancements were made to ensure that Raymond Pallet Trucks continue to deliver world class performance while lowering operating costs per hour.
Pallet entry and exit is improved with new double and triple pallet fork designs that feature enclosed, tapered fork tips. To improve performance in tip loading applications, skid bar thickness had been doubled to distribute the load more evenly across the forks. Also increasing the truck's durability is a new four-point linkage system, which keeps the forks and tractor frame parallel during the lift lower cycle.
Now standard on all Raymond rider Pallet Trucks are poly torsion block casters, which improve truck performance and operator comfort, while reducing the cost of operation. New battery gates provide increased strength for added support, and each gate comes standard with battery width adjusters to help minimize side to side movement of batteries of varying sizes.
