Tri-Boro Storage Products Begins Manufacturing its Own Pallet Rack
Tri-boro Storage Products of Farmville, Virginia and Brooklyn, NY now manufactures its own Pallet Rack, adding to the already extensive line of warehouse shelving and storage products that the company has manufactured for over 70 years.
Tri-Boro is now the only company in the USA to offer universally compatible pallet rack and warehouse shelving products from one source.
After the recent economic recession, The Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions were lacking a major source of pallet-type storage rack needed for the distribution centers and consolidated storage facilities that were growing in the area. Tri-Boro, having always been a distributor of pallet rack, seized the opportunity to expand its product line and become a manufacturer.
To achieve this, the company sought seasoned material handling professionals to contribute their knowledge and experience to design and market a high quality product. Tri-Boro’s pallet rack integrates strength features such as single-rib columns, return bends on fame members and one-piece tube seamed step beams with an interchangeable design that is compatible with most “teardrop” style pallets racks. All Tri-Boro’s storage rack components have a durable, scratch-resistant, high gloss powder-coat finish, which is ideal for food, industrial and corrosive applications.
Tri-Boro adds to its steel shelving product line
Earlier in 2012, Tri-Boro introduced 2 heavy-duty high bay shelving posts to its steel shelving family. The HD Offset Angle Post and the HD Beaded Box Post are designed for higher heavier applications. They are offered in finished heights up to 24 feet without splicing, and are made from heavier gauge steel.
