Closed-Tube Design Gives Rack Higher Capacity, Greater Resistance to Damage
Wireway/Husky Corp., Denver N.C. -- Wireway/Husky Corp., a leading manufacturer of pallet rack and pallet rack accessories, is announcing the addition of a new product for 2002. The new pallet rack is called TUF (Tubular Upright Frame) Rack and is designed for high capacity applications and long service life. The company has drawn from its extensive experience in the industry to identify and develop the new product to meet customer needs.
Made from 14-Gauge, high-strength steel (additional gauges available) the closed tube gives the rack its greater capacity while providing resistance to forklift impact and torsion. Additionally, the teardrop design on the uprights makes for easy installation and maximum adaptability for a variety of beam sizes. Finally, a polyurethane paint process is used to provide a durable and premium quality finish.
Available in both a 3 x 3 and 3 x 1-5/8 post size, the uprights are manufactured in standard sizes including 36, 42 and 48 deep and up to 28 high. Custom sizes will also be available.
