PAL-CON, Ltd Purchases Bell Brazing Furnace from CEC

Kennesaw, GA (October 22, 2008) - PAL-CON, a well known company that repairs, maintains, and manufactures Gas Turbine Regenerators, has signed an agreement with Consolidated Engineering Company (CEC) for a bell brazing furnace. This furnace will be used to braze together the stainless steel of their regenerative heat exchangers in a highly proprietary process that requires three different protective cover gases. The design of this furnace requires a large retort that houses the product and protective gases.

This new bell brazing furnace will allow PAL-CON to perform the brazing operation within their plant as an integral part of their manufacturing process of the regeneration equipment.
