Paddlewheel Flow Sensor features pulsed output.

Press Release Summary:

Used for monitoring liquid flow in 1½-40 in. pipes, Series PFT is weatherproof and submersible for application flexibility. Insertion design allows one model to be used for full pipe size capability, and non-magnetic operation using inductive sensing allows for low-flow sensing. Square wave output signal is generated with frequency proportional to flow velocity, and wear protection lend to extended life. To accommodate different media, brass or 316 SS versions are available.

Original Press Release:

NEW! Series PFT Paddlewheel Flow Sensor with Pulsed Output

W. E. Anderson Division of Dwyer Instruments, Inc. the preferred source for your complete range of practical and affordable instrumentation is announcing the release of its NEW SERIES PFT PADDLEWHEEL FLOW SENSOR WITH PULSED OUTPUT.

The Series PFT Paddlewheel Flow Sensor is a competitively priced sensor for monitoring liquid flow in 1-1/2" to 40" pipes. Insertion design allows one model to be used for the full pipe size capability. Non-magnetic operation using inductive sensing allows for low flow sensing and is not affected by magnetic material in the flow. A square wave output signal is generated with frequency proportional to flow velocity. Design is weatherproof and submersible rated for application versatility including irrigation systems. Robust design offers excellent wear protection for long life. The Series PFT comes in brass or 316 SS versions for different media compatibility.
