Ranpak(R) Introduces New Packing Station Table Model

CONCORD TOWNSHIP, Ohio, December 13, 2001 - Ranpak® Corp. introduces the latest addition to its line of PadPak® converters - the Packing Station Table model. Designed for packing and shipping operations where floor space is limited, the AutoPad® with Packing Station Table increases packaging productivity while conserving valuable floor space.

Ranpak's PadPak machines convert three-ply kraft paper into lightweight cushions that protect items during shipping. The 28"-x-41" packing table is mounted directly to the AutoPad converter, which generates a cushioning pad directly above the tabletop surface. The unit becomes a self-contained pack station, with easy-to-reach controls, output and work area, and it can be adjusted to different heights as needed. The combined AutoPad and packing table unit is on casters and completely portable, enabling users to freely move the unit anywhere in the plant where there is an electrical outlet. Like other Ranpak AutoPad machines, the AutoPad with Packing Station Table can be operated in manual or semi-automatic modes or programmed to automatically feed out and cut a specified number of pads.
