With increased demands for low profile and roof top mounted chillers, Aqua Products has designed the new RT Chiller Series to specifically solve many of the construction and space problems of the past. With a maximum height of only 42" and in sizes from 1.5 ton to 5 ton makes model unique for many applications. The low profile helps keep the chiller out of view when installed on a roof. It also helps stabilize the chiller during high winds or earthquakes. The RT can also be installed on ground level.
Applications include: air conditioning, equipment cooling, jacket cooling, plastic equipment cooling, industrial process cooling, employee workstation cooling, potable water applications, marine applications and more. The RT comes standard as a 208-230/60/1 or 208-230/60/3 with single point main power An optional 460/60/3 version is available on some models. Also standard is a 24 volt control system installed and factory tested. Other standards include a digital controller, flow switch, high efficiency evaporator, and etc. All RT Chillers are factory run tested before shipping to ensure start-ups and top performance.
Many models are expandable allowing for staging and redundancy. This allows for the highest performance at the lowest operating cost. You can also add many modules for those larger applications where it was difficult to meet their requirements. Example: 10, 20, and 30 ton single phase chiller applications are now possible by using multiple RT modular chillers.
