Oxygen Booster Systems for Ground Support Applications
Erie, PA - June 25, 2002 - MAXPRO Technologies introduces a full line of oxygen booster systems. These lubrication-free systems are ideal for use in various ground support and industrial O2 applications such as airline onboard oxygen cylinders, filling fire department tanks and scuba cylinders. Systems may also be used to collect and transfer gas from partially filled cylinders to top-off other cylinders. All MAXPRO oxygen booster systems have automatic controls for unattended operation and may be set for a pre-selected outlet pressure to 5,000 psi. No electrical connection is required.
The boosters' high-pressure oxygen chambers are sealed and vented for hydrocarbon-free operation. The cold-air exhaust by-product is directed through a system of cooling jackets and an interstage cooler, thereby lowering temperatures to ensure durability of critical seals. Additional boosters may be utilized for higher flow rates or multiple stages. All units feature high-pressure safety relief, isolation and vent valves and incorporate stainless steel tubing and fittings. Single and two-stage boosters systems are available.
