Servomex Launches Next Generation Transfill Oxygen Analyser
Sugarland, Texas Following many years of success with its 570, 572 and 575 models, Servomex is launching the 5200 Transfill, its next generation of oxygen analyser for medical gas transfillers. Using the latest digital technology and paramagnetic sensors, the new unit has a number of new features including a super clear backlit LCD display and high quality quick-connect gas fittings.
During its evolution customers' requirements have been kept key, and so, despite the sophisticated new look, the unit retains the 575's rugged, low maintenance and simple to use characteristics. Contributing to this has been close liaison with customers and extra careful attention to keeping unnecessary complexity out of the operating software.
Commenting on the new product, Tim Wilkes, Market Manager at Servomex said, "We have listened very carefully to our customers. So we've improved the performance and build quality on the 575, but have safeguarded the ease of use that customers told us they needed. By testing the software interface with customers before launch, we have ensured that the 5200 Transfill offers the best oxygen measurement performance alongside extremely low maintenance and running costs."
The 5200 Transfill will be formally launched at Medtrade 2004 in Orlando, Florida and will be on sale from December. Established in 1952, Servomex is a UK based company with worldwide operations, including a major sales and service centre located in Sugarland, Texas.
