Dramatic Impact on Builders' J.D. Power and Associates Ratings Underscores Growing Need for Full-Service Customer Care Locations

SAN FRANCISCO, June 21 / Owens Corning (BULLETIN BOARD: OWENQ) , a leading provider of builder services, today announced at the Pacific Coast Builders Conference that, due to the overwhelming demand for its HOMExperts® Life of the Home® builder services, it is expanding into increasingly competitive markets through the addition of HOMExperts® customer care locations in Dallas, Orlando and Charlotte. Offering the full suite of Owens Corning HOMExperts® Life of the Home® builder services means that area single- and multi-family homebuilders will now have access to programs designed to increase customer satisfaction and positively impact their J.D. Power and Associates scores.

o Builder Production -- A partnership between HOMExperts®
professionals and the builder designed to reduce cycle time and create more consistent work flow during the construction phase. information and recommendations on restaurants, theater, other
entertainment or travel.
o Warranty Service -- A reactive service available to builders and their new owners through the warranty period of the home.
