MINNEAPOLIS - December 7, 2001 -Despatch introduces the new Tool Conditioning Oven for semiconductor parts-clean operations, designed to keep semiconductor parts and tooling clean, dry, and ready for immediate installation. The oven is configured to hold either 200mm or 300mm tools. This oven has been specifically designed for atmosphere-controlled storage of parts, tooling, and deposition targets.
Controlled atmosphere offers several advantages
Despatch's unique combination of horizontal airflow, HEPA filters, and nitrogen atmosphere make this oven ideal for the semiconductor industry. Horizontal airflow keeps temperatures
uniform up to 95°C. HEPA filters, standard on the oven, deliver better than Class 100 conditions, reducing contamination and increasing product yields. A nitrogen atmosphere provides a drier environment. With drier parts, users can reduce pumpdown times and ultimately increase volume throughput.
Roll-out shelves make for easier loading and unloading of parts and tooling
The padded shelves on the 300mm oven were designed specifically for semiconductor parts and tooling. The sturdy, roll-out design makies it easier for users to load and unload heavy parts.
