MaxLite Debuts Small Outdoor LED Fixtures for Retailers



Innovative Lighting Manufacturer Creates Outdoor Line with Small Footprint

West Caldwell, New Jersey---Designed for outdoor LED lighting applications in smaller spaces, MaxLite® introduces compact sized, value engineered flood, security, garage and canopy lights that occupy a small footprint on the retail level. Operating on 120- to 277-volt electrical systems, the ETL-, cETL- and FCC-certified, and RoHS compliant small footprint outdoor LED fixtures are all available in a correlated color temperature (CCT) of 5000K. These maintenance-free fixtures are constructed without hazardous materials, and have a 50,000-hour life at L70 standards. The LED fixtures are manufactured with high-ranked binning of LM-80 rated LEDs, which ensures color consistency and uniformity.

MaxLite's new series of Small Flood Lights offer efficient, energy saving replacements for incandescent, metal halide, and high-pressure sodium fixtures, and are designed with integral LED drivers. The Flood Lights, ranging from 14 to 50 watts and delivering 1680 to 6000 lumens, replace an array of less efficient fixtures, ranging from a 100-watt incandescent through a 150-watt metal halide fixture. The fixtures offer a full flood classification including an ultra wide 80-degree beam angle, with specially designed one-piece reflectors that house the SMD array for a more efficient projection of available light. The fixture features a yoke mounted head with 270-degree horizontal rotation. Its heavy-duty die cast aluminum housing is TGIC Polyester Powder coated for long durability. The fixtures are IP65-rated, sealed and protected from rust, corrosion, dirt and bugs. Crafted with a tempered glass lens with a black ceramic frit for reduced glare and an improved appearance, the LED Flood Lights are backed by a 5-year limited warranty. Designed to replace a 100-watt incandescent luminaires, the new 14-watt LED Security Light with PhotoCell is constructed of a heavy-duty cast aluminum base and dark bronze polyester powder coated polypropylene housing that enables long life, while maintaining a sleek appearance. The luminaire is sealed and protected from dirt and bugs, and crafted with a high quality, shatter resistant polycarbonate lens with UV inhibitors. Equipped with dusk-to-dawn sensors, the luminaire has a power factor greater than .99 and is an efficient replacement for metal halide and incandescent fixtures. The LED Security Light features a discreet LED module with aluminum components that act as a heat sink. Engineered with an integral LED driver, the fixture mounts to a recessed outlet box or directly to the surface. Rear knockouts are available for mounting convenience. MaxLite's 20-watt Garage and Canopy LED Fixture is constructed with a copper-plated LED board that provides high thermal transfer rate and minimizes the junction temperature of LEDs to maximize service life, and is designed to replace a 100-watt metal halide fixture. Their heavy-duty, cast aluminum one-piece housings are TGIC Polyester Powder Coated, protected from rust and corrosion, and sealed free of dirt and bugs. Lenses are crafted with a high quality shock-resistant polycarbonate lens with UV inhibitors. Available with occupancy sensor options, the luminaire has a power factor greater than 98 percent and delivers more than 1300 lumens. The Garage and Canopy LED fixture mounts to an electrical box or conduits, and are backed by a 5-year limited warranty.
