OSI Systems Awarded Contract from HealthTrust Purchasing Group for Patient Monitoring Solutions
HAWTHORNE, Calif - OSI Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: OSIS), a vertically-integrated provider of specialized electronic products for critical applications in the security and healthcare industries, today announced that its Healthcare division, Spacelabs Healthcare, has been awarded a contract to provide its patient monitoring solutions to the member facilities of HealthTrust Purchasing Group L.P., (HealthTrust), one of the largest healthcare group purchasing organizations (GPOs) in the U.S. Under this agreement, Spacelabs' patient monitors and connectivity solutions are available to HealthTrust's membership, which includes 1,400 hospitals nationwide.
