New High Frequency TCVCXO From Fox Offers Increased Frequency Up To 160 MHz

Fort Myers, FL, June 2002 -- A new TCVCXO oscillator that offers an increased frequency of up to 160 MHz has been introduced by Fox Electronics. The new FOX783, the first customer-driven design originating from Fox's new Customer Technology Center (CTC), is ideal for telecommunications, base stations, test equipment, avionics, and other high frequency applications.

With a frequency range of 50 MHz to 160 MHz, the FOX783 TCVCXO significantly increases the range of Fox's existing line of TCXO products, which had a previous high frequency of 45 MHz.

The new Fox oscillator features a standard frequency stability of ±2.5 PPM over 0°C to +70°C, and 0.3 PPM over both voltage change and load change. Operating temperature range of the FOX783 is 0°C to 70°C, storage temperature range is -30°C
to 75°C, and input current is 50 mA.

Pricing for the FOX783 at 155.52 MHz begins at $40 each in quantities of 1,000. Delivery is 6 to 12 weeks ARO, depending on frequency.
