Oscillating Diaphragm Pumps
Oscillating Diaphragm pumps offer a compact, economical pumping solution. The pump utilizes a combination of GRI's time-proven oscillating and diaphragm technology to provide a chemically resistant transfer or recirculation pump.
The Oscillating Diaphragm pump, which is Patent Pending, has several unique design features including a duckbill/umbrella valve that does not require external sealing and provides less room for failure. There are no dynamic seals eliminating the potential for leaks. All wetted materials are constructed of FDA approved materials. Flow rates range to 350ml/min, discharge pressures up to 35psi and the pump can self prime to 5ft. If the pump is under continuous operation, fluid temperatures range to 104F (40C). The pump can sustain higher temperatures with intermittent duty cycle. Standard motors are AC voltage in 115V, 50/60 Hz or 230V, 50/60 Hz. Several OEM options are available including DC motors for pulse with modulated signals. The life of the pump is rated at 4,000 hours (significantly longer if operating under intermittent duty.)
The Oscillating Diaphragm pumps are suitable for various applications including food products machinery, dish & glass washers, ice machines, analytical instruments, medical & laboratory instruments and chiller applications.
