Wasino Introduces Easy-to-Use, Affordable GLS-250C CNC Optical Profile Grinder
Rolling Meadows. IL (September 27, 2002) - Wasino's new GLS-250C CNC Profile Grinder is easy-to-use, and with an affordable price.
Set-up and operation are extremely easy with the GLS-250C's controller and programs. A teach and grind system enables operators to simply program the GLS-250C to grind curved profiles of tools and small-sized workpieces. For short runs, setup and operation is faster with the GLS-250C than with manual grinders.
For quality control. Wasino's profile grinder allows for workpiece inspection using the monitor and a built-in comparator.
The GLS-250C's also compliments EDM operations with unattended profile grinding. Automatic feed rate control and an angular grinding radius function are among the many optional features available with the GLS-250C.
Applications for the GLS-250C include cutting tool, die and mold, bearings, stamping and support tools.
