17.3" Open Frame Monitor Features 1920 x 1080 LED with 1000-nits High Brightness
Acnodes Corporation, a leading manufacturer of industrial and embedded computer platforms and technologies, announced today the launch of PHM8172. PMH8172 is a 17.3” open frame monitor with 1920 x 1080 LED resolution, 1000 nits brightness, VGA + DVI-D video input, VESA mount ready, and with many optional features to add on.
The heavy-duty steel built protects the open frame construction, with anti-shock and anti-vibration features. The operating temperature can withstand at 0°C to 55°C with storage temperature at -20°C to 60°C. The operating altitude is at 16,000 feet and non-operating altitude at 40,000 feet. Besides the durable exterior, the interior is also worth mentioning.
The 17.3 inch monitor projects a resolution of 1920 x 1080 with 1000-nits brightness. The contrast ratio is 600:1 with 16.7 million colors, and 50,000 MTBF. The video input is VGA and DVI-D with option for HDMI + S-video + composite (BNC) or audio input, 3G / HD / SD-SDI broad-cast grade input with speaker. The option for touch screen would be resistive or capacitive type. The connectors include one each VGA and DVI-D port. The mounting type is universal mount of VESA mount.
The power supply consists of external auto-sensing 100 to 240VAC, 50/60Hz power adapter with option for 24/48/110/125VDC power supply. The rear panel control consists of the power on/off switch and OSD membrane switch. The weight of the unit is 13.6 lb and measures at 18.3"(W) x 112.9”(H) x 2"(D).
