How It Works:
As soon as the proof is uploaded, an automatic email alerts the reviewer, or client, that their proof is online. The reviewer accesses the proof by entering the proof number and password into a custom login page on the subscriber's website. Without leaving the reviewer's browser, the proof is displayed in the FlashMark Viewer. The reviewer marks changes and comments directly on the proof, selects the approval status (i.e.: Approved with Changes) and chooses to a) return their review, or, b) route it to an unlimited number of additional reviewers. Virtual routing prevents clients from having to send multiple copies of the proof to other reviewers.
The PROOF-it-ONLINE subscriber is automatically notified when the proof's status has changed, and they can log into their online workspace to see the status of all their proofs at a glance, along with markups, comments and all versions of their proofs.
