Escondido, CA – One Stop Systems, Inc. (OSS), provider of external GPU appliances for HPC applications today announced that NVIDIA has certified two of its GPU appliances with its NIVIDIA Tesla GPU accelerators. The OSS CA2000 which contains two GPUs and the OSS CA4000 with four GPUs have both been certified to operate with NIVIDIA Tesla GPUs. With certification, One Stop Systems has been listed on the NVIDIA Tesla 'Where to Buy' page, www.nvidia.com/object/where-to-buy-tesla.html. The OSS accelerators are the first external GPU appliances to be certified by NVIDIA to operate with Tesla GPUs through stringent qualification testing.

Also in review for certification is the OSS High Density Compute Accelerator (CA16000) appliance, the first PCIe Gen3 external appliance with up to 16 NVIDIA娪 Tesla娪 GPU accelerators operating from a single or multiple servers. The 3U HDCA provides up to 73.3 TFLOPS of computational power using NVIDIA Tesla K10 GPU accelerators. The CA16000 is a complete appliance, solving integration issues and making installation easy. The user simply connects the cable or cables to the host server(s) and has hundreds or thousands of additional compute cores readily available.

One Stop Systems was first-to-market with PCIe over cable products and today exceeds competitors in the breadth and depth of their product offering. In addition, OSS has made a point in keeping ahead of the technology by introducing the latest technology products available. Today OSS is one of the only companies shipping PCIe x16 Gen3 products like the GPU appliances. Many brand name products utilize OSS PCIe components and in many cases OSS has designed additional custom components like chassis and PCIe boards. This marriage of customization and PCIe expertise gives OSS an unprecedented advantage in producing reliable PCIe products that meet all their customers' requirements. This also means that OSS has encountered many of the pitfalls that come with designing in such a demanding technology. This expertise allows OSS to produce products in a shorter time equating to quicker time-to-market for their customers' products.

One Stop Systems is showing its CA2000, CA4000, and HDCA16000 at the GPU Technology Conference (GTC Show), March 25-27 in San Jose, CA, in booth #1012, HPC NYC April 7, NAB April 7-10 in Las Vegas, and at GeoInt in Tampa April 14-17.

"One Stop Systems has consistently produced ground-breaking products in the PCIe expansion market and the new 3U Gen3 High Density Compute Accelerator sets the bar even higher," said Steve Cooper, One Stop Systems CEO. "Accelerators have had a natural evolution from the Gen2 1U and 2U products first introduced in 2009. Since then we've continued to lead the industry, producing even faster computational products. The 3U Gen3 HDCA utilizes the latest silicon available with expert design capabilities experienced in designing PCI Express expansion products. The result is the fastest computational device on the market today and the easiest to install and use. Because we have already configured the system with cutting-edge GPU accelerators, the time to get systems up and running is greatly minimized. This product is the dream of any data center manager."

"NVIDIA Tesla GPUs are the highest-performance, most energy-efficient accelerators ever developed for HPC and supercomputing customers," said Sumit Gupta, general manager of the Tesla Accelerated Computing Business at NVIDIA. "One Stop Systems is providing customers with a differentiated, high-density system with world-class HPC performance to solve their most difficult computational challenges."

The CA2000 and CA4000 Compute Accelerators with one to four NVIDIA® Tesla® GPU accelerators are employed in a variety of HPC applications including oil and gas exploration and financial services. Completely integrated with the GPUs most suited for a specific application, it's easy installation and tested reliability makes it superior to alternative products. The CA2000 occupies only 1U of rack space and the CA4000 occupies 2U of rack space and both connect to the host server(s) through the latest technology PCIe x16 Gen3 connection.

One Stop Systems' CA2000, CA4000, and CA16000 are available immediately.  Call our application engineers for lead time and pricing and to best determine which accelerators meet your specific requirements.
