New One Part Epoxy Has High Shear and Peel Strength


Master Bond Inc., Hackensack, N.J. has introduced a new one part epoxy adhesive called Supreme 10HT. This adhesive has both high shear and peel strength and superior resistance to mechanical vibration, impact and shock. It is particularly recommended for bonding similar and dissimilar metals.

Master Bond Supreme 10HT is a single component system and requires no mixing. It is easy to apply and cures readily at temperatures above 250°F. It can be stored at ambient temperatures and has a minimum storage stability of 3 months up to a maximum of 6 months without refrigeration. It is available in pint, quart, gallon, 5 gallon and drum containers. For ease of application it is also available in cartridges.

Master Bond Supreme 10HT passes NASA outgassing test requirements. Service operating temperature range is from 4°K to 400°F.
