With vertical turning in a wide range of sizes, as well as milling and profiling, O&Hs machines are suitable for a variety of applications including aircraft, automotive, and moldmaking. Known for exceptionally rugged construction and high quality, Okuma & Howas product line lives up to the booth theme of pokers winning hand, a Full House.

2SP-V60 Vertical Turning Center
Offering twin-spindle productivity and high precision turning for mid-range parts, the 2SP-V60 features a maximum cutting diameter of 24.02", a maximum cutting length of 25.98", and a maximum swing of 27.56". Its high-accuracy spindle has a speed of 20-2,000min-1, and both the column and saddles are designed for superior rigidity. Like all members of the single- or twin-spindle V series, the 2SP-V60 comes standard with a FANUC CNC control system and integrated spindle/quill assembly, and is available with live tooling.

M33T Vertical Turning and Milling Center
Designed for fast cutting of smaller parts, the 33T features a maximum cutting diameter of 9.8", a maximum cutting length of 8.66" and a maximum swing diameter of 18.1". The turning spindle runs on a powerful 15 HP drive motor with a speed range of 60-6,000 rpm, while the milling spindle is powered by a 15 HP motor with high and low speed ranges. The 33Ts high-speed automatic tool changer and 16-tool capacity magazine deliver 3-axis machining with minimal cycle and prep times. In addition, its compact, ergonomic design allows for greater flexibility with easy integration into any setup.

M853PF-5X Machining Center
The MILLAC 853PF is a 5-axis bed type profiler offering rigid, compact profiling for large parts. It features X-, Y-, and Z-axis travels of 120.1", 33.5" and 27.6", respectively, utilizing a high-speed spindle designed for improved rigidity. The spindle operates at a rate of 12,000min-1. The machining center features heavy-duty construction, and provides a large work envelope, as well as a 30-tool magazine in a fully enclosed cover. The 853PF is ideal for large aircraft and aerospace parts
requiring monolithic structures or thinner walls.

VTM-100 Vertical Turning Center
For compound turning/machining of large pieces, Okuma & Howa will be exhibiting the VTM-100. The VTM-100 carries maximum swing and cutting diameters of 39.37" each and a maximum cutting length of 33.07". Built for rigidity and high accuracy, this vertical turning center offers a counter-balanced saddle for smoother feed, a live spindle, and box way construction. The 40 HP spindle motor provides a low speed range of 4-416
rpm and a high speed range of 13-1250 rpm. . The VTM-100 also features a curvic coupling in the M-axis for heavy duty and intermittent cuts.

V100R Vertical Turning Center
In medium- to large-size vertical turning, O&H will be demonstrating the V100R a member of its well-known V series. The V100R features a maximum cutting diameter of 40", a maximum swing diameter of 50" and a maximum cutting length of 35". Useful for such applications as wheels, disc brakes, fly wheels, hubs, and valve bodies, the V100R is perfect for heavy turning in high-tensile alloys and cast materials. It carries the largest spindle in its class, an ultra rigid column and a counter-balanced saddle, as well as an available live tool turret with C-axis spindle. Offered in either left- or right-hand configuration, the V100Rs IMTS live demonstration will
also feature robotic loading and unloading.
