OK International Superproducers Descend on Las Vegas

Among the innovative technologies on display delivering those advantages will be the sophisticated new APR-5000 XL/XLS Array Package Rework System. It now enables the simultaneous use of inner and outer preheaters which increase the productivity of the unit by reducing rework cycle time. Meanwhile, lowered nozzle temperature protects the component under rework to achieve the same required temperature with solder joints or balls and reducing BGA lid temperatures.
Also being showcased is the recently introduced MRS-1000 Modular Rework System that's already proving a highlight. This powerful high accuracy benchtop solution is ideal for processes requiring precise control such as the removal of delicate miniature SMT components.
Superproducers around the world have heralded the performance of the MFR-1100 Series Soldering Systems. With SmartHeat® technology at its core, the MFR-1100 Series raises power output without using excessive tip temperatures. Designed for flexibility as well as performance, the MFR-1160 can be used with Metcal SSC Cartridges, and a tweezer handpiece turns the MFR System into a rework tool.
