OGP to Showcase SmartScope ZIP® Dimensional Measurement Systems at IMTS 2012
Optical Gaging Products (OGP®), a division of Quality Vision International Inc. (QVI®), will showcase key members of its SmartScope ZIP line of dimensional measurement systems at IMTS 2012.
SmartScope ZIP systems offer premium optical performance in a range of measurement volumes. ZIP systems are available in three optical configurations and are multisensor capable, delivering proven, reliable performance for a wide variety of applications. MeasureMind® 3D MultiSensor metrology software provides full 3D functionality and power, while optional Measure-X® offers ease of use in an intuitive user interface.
SmartScope ZIP Lite offers the benefits of completely automatic video-based inspection and measurement in a cost-effective, benchtop package. ZIP Lite features a granite base and column for rigid structural integrity. A versatile Zoom 75 7:1 optical system with patented AccuCentric® auto-calibration provides proven, reliable non-contact video measurement. A choice between two convenient measurement volumes is available, along with a range of multisensor options.
SmartScope ZIP Advance is a high-performance, high-accuracy measurement system equipped with the all-new high speed LinearCentric(TM) 12:1 auto-calibrating zoom lens that can switch between any two zoom positions in one second, enabling ultra-high throughput for applications requiring frequent magnification changes. Linear scales on all axes provide 0.05 µm resolution, contributing to the system's overall accuracy. SmartScope ZIP Advance is available in benchtop and floor model configurations.
