Pass & Seymour/Legrand® Introduces New Wall Box Occupancy Sensors
SYRACUSE, N.Y. (April 7, 2006) - Pass & Seymour/Legrand (P&S), a leading manufacturer of electrical wiring devices and home systems, today unveiled its new WSP200 Wall Box Occupancy Sensor. Its superior style complements the full line of P&S commercial decorator products.
The WSP200 Occupancy Sensors will replace the current WS3000 Occupancy Sensor. The WSP200 offers automatic "on" and "off" functions, with a light level adjustment from 10 to 150 footcandles. Installation is quick and easy, with a grounded strap and screw terminations. The Occupancy Sensor features a reinforced lens, which provides ruggedness and durability. A 2-level fresnel lens gives the Sensor near- and far-sighted abilities.
"These new Sensors offer substantial improvements over the WS3000, but they're identical in operation and installation," said Nancy Pedersen, product manager at P&S. "There's no learning curve for electrical contractors and distributors."
The WSP200 offers dual 120/277V operation and comes in ED boxed versions of ivory, light almond, white and gray.
