ObjectVideo and Texas Instruments Announce Strategic International Win with Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology

Reston, VA, March 28, 2007 - ObjectVideo, Inc., the leader in intelligent video, and Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI) (NYSE: TXN) today announced a strategic win with Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology, the leading provider of video surveillance products in China. Through this partnership, Hikvision will incorporate ObjectVideo®'s award-winning smart analytics technology running on a TI digital signal processor-based (DSP) platform into its video products. The technology is licensed through WPG System, the ObjectVideo OEM distribution partner for the Asia Pacific region.

ObjectVideo's software provides intelligent capabilities for video products by automatically monitoring video 24/7. Hikvision, utilizing ObjectVideo's software will introduce a new suite of intelligent video products for new markets and will further extend their leadership position in existing markets.

Hikvision formed a strategic partnership with WPG System and ObjectVideo to build differentiated, market-leading video applications.
