Alliance Plastics Adds Nylon 6.6 Nuts, Screws and Bolts to Their Nylon Fastener Line

Erie, PA - Nylon screws, nuts and bolts are all new additions for Alliance Plastics. Alliance has added 61 new nylon nuts and 303 screws and bolts made of natural Nylon 6.6 material. Why nylon instead of metal? There are quite a few reasons we chose to carry a full line of nylon fasteners. Firstly, nylon is resistant to oils, rust and corrosion, abrasion and chemicals, making them ideal for outdoor applications. Nylon is very lightweight and provides electrical insulation (due to its high dielectric constant) as well as vibration resistance. While nylon can be dyed to other colors, this is not something that we offer as an option.

These new screws and bolts are offered in several head types including binder, round, flat head, round, fillister, hex, socket, countersunk and pan head. All threads are imperial with slotted and Phillips availability.
