Numina Group Inks Licensing Agreement with Shipcon


Woodridge, IL, April 30, 2007 - Numina Group today announced Shipcon, a nationwide organization headquartered in Chicago, IL, has selected Numina Group's Real-time Distribution Software, RDS 5.0 for their national rollout of their USPS parcel handling solution. RDS 5.0 will be tailored to meet the USPS parcel rating and sorting requirements for the initial twenty five parcel processing centers and will include a web-based delivery tracking system.

Shipcon was founded in 2005, to focus on lowering the cost of delivering USPS small parcel shipments. The "Sweet Spot" for Shipcon's services is clients that ship small parcels include bound printed matter, media, polybags, regular and irregular parcels, library mail and not-for-profit shipments.

According to Dennis MacHarg, the organization's founder, RDS 5.0 will allow Shipcon to easily expand its services nationwide due to the software's open systems environment. "We selected Numina Group because of their market proven software solution, RDS 5.0 and their highly experienced project leaders and developers," he notes. "RDS 5.0 will be installed and implemented in the initial 25 facilities within the next six to nine months. It's a choice we'll never grow out of."
