Nucletron BV Goes Live with Pilgrim Software's Document Management Solution

Tampa, FL - December 17, 2007 - Pilgrim Software, Inc., a world-leading provider of Enterprise Compliance and Quality Management (ECQM) software solutions, today announced Nucletron B.V. has gone live with Pilgrim's SmartDoc solution at its world headquarters in Veenedaal, The Netherlands. With SmartDoc live, Nucletron gains an enterprise-wide document management application which facilitates regulatory compliance while improving the accessibility and quality of critical documents.

Previously Nucletron's existing document management systems were not as efficient as they could be due to, specifically, the large number of Excel spreadsheets that made data management and document searches difficult. With Pilgrim's SmartDoc, Nucletron will realize shorter publishing cycles, faster reviews, increased document security, and accurate database tracking. In a short time, Nucletron will have a well-streamlined document management process, generating substantial benefits in terms of improved efficiency and process results.

"By automating our documentation process, Nucletron will streamline and enforce procedures as well as reduce the non-value added time required to create, manage and find documents," said Henk Loos, Nucletron's Director of Operations.

"Nucletron has gone live with Pilgrim's SmartDoc solution to support its quality and compliance goals," said Nikki Willett, Vice President of Marketing & Regulatory Products for Pilgrim Software. "By automating critical documents, the company is gaining enhanced visibility and collaboration across the enterprise which allows rapid identification and resolution of discrepancies so as to continuously ensure the integrity of its products."
