Henkel Loctite Introduces New Innovative Nozzle for Anaerobic Products

New nozzle offers precise application and convenience with less mess

ROCKY HILL, CT - March 3, 2003 - Celebrating 50 years of the Loctite brand in 2003, Henkel Loctite Corporation, the original inventor of anaerobic technology, has introduced a new, highly innovative nozzle for their anaerobic products. This new nozzle will be used on all Loctite® branded threadlocking, thread sealing, and retaining compounds packaged in 50 ml and 250 ml red bottles.

The new nozzle features a translucent application tip for better visual identification of the product when dispensed. It is longer in length, more precise, and accepts a variety of dispensing tips. With the pull/open push/close nozzle, the bottle can be opened with one hand, and closed securely even if the over-cap is accidentally lost or misplaced. The built in reservoir prevents product from dripping down the bottle, offering less mess.

With an orifice of 0.7 mm, the new nozzle eliminates the need for snipping the tip, adding additional convenience and saving time. However, if needed, the new nozzle can be trimmed to 3.0 mm to accommodate higher viscosity products.

For more information on the new anaerobic nozzle or any other Loctite® product or service, call 1-800-Loctite (562-8483), or visit the company's web site at www.loctite.com
