SCHAUMBURG, Ill., April 11 -- Experian® Inc., a global information solutions company, today announced that its popular circulation database, CircBase Publisher Database, is now available for the Hispanic publishing market. CircBase en Espanol revolutionizes the way Spanish language publishers recruit Spanish readers. This cooperative database is compiled from hundreds of participating publications' active and expired subscriber records and is essential for targeting consumers based on lifestyles and interests, as representative of the publications they read.
