Nora Lighting® Cobalt Led Adjustable Retrofit Never Exposes Recessed Can Opening
COMMERCE, CA Nora Lighting expands its Cobalt LED Series with new adjustable retrofits in 4-inch, 5-inch and 6-inch apertures. The downlights rotate and adjust while never exposing the recessed can or breaking the ceiling plane. Cobalt Adjustable Retrofits are a discrete, modern luminaire for residential and commercial applications.
The fixtures retrofit into existing recessed housings or quick connect into dedicated LED housings. The adjustable Cobalt can also be used in sloped ceiling applications and is rotatable up to 358° with a 30° tilt. The appearance is well-suited for residential installations and commercial settings such as hotels and restaurants.
The Cobalt Adjustable includes three field adjustable beam spreads: flood (installed); spot and narrow flood (included) optics. Premium TIR optics are available with 25º and 45º beam spreads. The luminaires delivers up to 1000 lumens (14W) with a range of color temperatures: 2700K, 3000K, 3500K and 4000K at 90+ CRI.
The entire Cobalt Series integrates CREE® COB technology for consistency, quality and appearance throughout the family. The adjustable series reflectors are aluminum spun and include a diffused lens for visual comfort and semi-frosted lens for a tighter beam spread and greater footcandles.
Cobalt Adjustable Retrofit is available in a range of finishes: black/black; bronze/bronze; haze/natural metal; haze/white; matte powder white and white/white. The series is rated for damp locations, ENERGY STAR certified and can be used to comply with 2016 Title 24 – Part 6 High Efficacy LED light source requirements.
